These are quite stretchy, but I accidentally ripped one putting it on my foot. Be careful! My feet are US size 8.5-9 and they fit okay.

It was good for me and it is the room that I have I advise it is very good to repair the heel ami I know it dries me after I have this I put it on at night with a good cream and it is a I recommend it last thank you
